1. Local delivery

Free local shipping via normal post for orders below $100 and via registered mail for orders above $100. For shipping via normal post, we encourage you to register your mail at an additional $2.60.  All local orders will be sent out on the following working day upon receipt of payment. If you choose the normal mail option, please note that 2nd Harvest Table will not be responsible for any lost items. For self-collection, please contact Amy @ 90930908 to make arrangements.

Return / Exchange 

We have every confidence you will be completely satisfied with your product  purchase. 

In the rare instance that this is not the case, you may return product for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) or for an exchange within 30 days of purchase. Product must be in new condition (i.e. not used or laundered) and include original hang tags. Product not in new condition is only returnable if defective. You MUST contact us directly FIRST before returning merchandise to obtain a Return Authorization Number.

Exchanges for an alternate color or size are gladly provided (customer must bear both ways of the shipping charges). Product must be in new condition (i.e. not used or laundered) and must include original hang tags. Product must be returned to our office before we can send exchange merchandise within 30days from date of purchase. No exceptions. You MUST contact us directly FIRST before returning merchandise to obtain a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions.

Please note all sales on discounted items, clearance items, discontinued products or seconds are final; no exchange or refund is allowed on these items.
